岗位职责：
1、全面负责公司市场营销工作。
2、掌握和分析宏观政策，分析和预测销售市场，把握市场趋势，了解竞争对手运行情况，协助制定公司发展战略；
3、根据公司发展战略及经营方针，建立公司营销体系并组织实施和改进；
4、开拓和发展销售市场，带领团队负责策划和组织实施年度营销计划；
5、代表公司处理对外业务，塑造企业良好形象。

岗位要求：
1、年龄40岁以上，15年以上市场营销工作经验，综合素质好；
2、有丰富的团队开发和管理经验，有过往可证明的良好业绩，组织领导能力强，有拼搏及开创精神；
3、有很强的市场分析和洞察能力，有良好的应变能力和人格魅力，人品素质好；
4、有与政府部门长期合作的经验，熟悉政府采购流程，具备良好的组织协调能力。
