职位描述：
Key Activities / Accountabilities (5-10)
? Service
? Development, establishment and reviewing of Corporate Sustainability policies and implementation.
? Provide expertises, advice and proposal to the different business units of TNT China.
? Train and develop line and function managers in aspects of Corporate Sustainability.
? Provide advice and make recommendations on the purchase of all relevant service or products.
? Ensure and lead Corporate Sustainability team for its programme, implementation and enforcement of legislation requirements.
? People
? Build strong relationships and creditability within the business..
? Actively participate in the performance management process.
? Operational
? Lead role for the country Corporate Sustainability team.
? Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation which will affect the performance of the business
? Financial
? Ensure Corporate Sustainability implementation and costs are maintained at an acceptable level.
? Actively and constantly communicate the financial benefits of effective best practices.

Essential Educational and / or Training Qualifications & Certificates
? Have ISO9000 and HSE related experience
? Ability to manage projects.
? A good understanding of working and social environments, as well as legislation initiatives.
? Written and spoken language needed – English and Chinese.
? Be prepare to travel extensively and work unsociable hours.
