Summary of Responsibility

Be responsible for the overall support of manufacturing at the facility and operations. This may include safety and environmental compliance, process troubleshooting, process optimization, yield improvements, quality improvement and capacity improvement.

Key Accountabilities

1) Be responsible for new process, product and technology introduction.

2) Develop and maintain standard work conditions and plant operational records, align them with quality system;

3) Identify operational ESH needs and conduct related actions.

4) Track plant operations on stream time for Asset Effectiveness. Coordinate related improvement activities.

5) Support of the process and product change procedures.

6) Support the operations in resolving technical issues.

7) Continuous improvement on ESH, manufacturing processes and product quality.

8) Assist or handle with customer complaints.

9) Be responsible for multidisciplinary projects with operational or process related.

10) Process and operation training for operators.

Qualifications and Requirements

· Bachelor degree or equivalent; majored in chemical engineering or Mechanical.

· Around 3 years working experience.

· Confident communication in both spoken and written English.

• Resourceful and self-driven with a strong sense of commitment to delivering work in better than expected quality and time.
• Be able to multi-task and be hands-on in carrying out responsibilities independently with minimal supervision.
• Expected to promote a team environment that welcomes employee input and values each individual employee and their contribution to the team.
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills and have an eye for detail.
• Comfortable working with people from multi-cultural backgrounds and varying seniority levels.
