Summary of Responsibility

Provides equipment/facility knowledgeable ideas, service and practices (on equipment/facility design, layout, installation, troubleshooting and maintenance) to ensure the EVA production running smoothly.

Key Accountabilities

1. Ensure the projects, production or maintenance work/people is meeting all Environmental, Safety and Health (ESH) requirements and objectives. Maintain proper housekeeping in all projects or maintenance work and storage area.

2. Work with internal and external EVA personnel together closely and kindly to complete the assigned and responsible work; open mind and contribute all kinds of ideas and solutions actively.

3. Manage EVA plant facilities such as cooling tower, air compressor,water pump, fire extinguish equipment, power transformer and also plant surrounding area. etc

4. Assistant and Responsible for design, sourcing, Install, checkout and trial run new EVA equipments/facilities;

5. Actively recommend on energy saving, manage maintenance or service or project cost

6. Plan and implement routine projects and maintenance for production and auxiliary equipment

7. Continuously improve equipment/facility reliability, take preventive action to maintain equipment/facility in good condition

8. Communicate with external contractors for equipment/facility maintenance and order spare parts; Supervise activities of contractors to ensure to the tasks are performed to requirement and safe work procedures are followed.

9. Troubleshoot and investigates equipment/facility failures. Standby for equipment/facility machine breakdown after office hours. Ensure all equipment/facility running smoothly meet production requirement.

Qualifications and Requirements

1. College degree or above with professional mechanical/Industry/electrical engineering
2. Above 3 years equipment/facility area working experience, good at equipment knowledge design, installation and troubleshooting
3. Know machinery & tool design and processing, can read and draw 2D & 3D drawing
4. Know hydraulic & pneumatic control system
5. Have low voltage IC card, high voltage on duty license
6. Good team work spirit and strong responsibility
7. Able to read and speak English (conversation level)
8. Good at the learning and demo
