职位描述：
-Update recruiting procedure during routine conduct;
-在日常招聘操作中对流程提出优化建议；
-Maintain JDs with the support from department managers timely;
-在各部门经理的协助下定期更新岗位说明书；
-Publish and maintain the recruiting information through suitable channels according to specific recruiting tasks;
-根据具体的招聘任务在适合的渠道上发布相关招聘信息；
-Involve in whole interview procedure, including screen, review and select the CV of candidates, arrange and participate in interview of suitable candidates;
-参与整个招聘流程，包括筛选应聘者的简历，安排并参与面试；
-Negotiate conditions on offer letter with target candidates;
-与目标录用人员进行聘用信的录用条款协商；
-Build new positions, prepare for on-boarding positions and job rotation in SAP system;
-在SAP系统内建立新岗位，带报道人员岗位准备，员工岗位晋升、调换及组织架构的调整；
-Organize the Face to GM quarterly and follow up the action plan;
-组织季度总经理面对面会议，跟踪问题解答情况，及改善行动的落实关闭；
-Involve and coordinate the employee interviews when ER case happened;
-当员工冲突事件发生时，参与员工面谈并协调冲突事件；
-Carry out diverse employee activities;
-协助社团开展多样化的员工活动；
-Other jobs which are instructed from immediate supervisor.
-直接主管分配的其他任务。

岗位要求：
-Bachelor degree or above
-本科学历及以上
-Minimum of 3 years HR relevant working experience
-制造行业3年以上相关人力资源工作经验
-Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office , include Word, PowerPoint, Excel;
-熟悉办公软件，如Word, PowerPoint ,Excel；
-Capable of working independently;
-能独立工作；
-Be good at effective and impressing communication skills;
-具备有效的沟通技能；
-Appropriate reaction for the complaints from employees;
-对员工抱怨能做出合适的反馈；
-Must have a high degree of accuracy and organization;
-高质量的工作准确性和组织能力；
-Ability to maintain confidential information;
-能对公司机密信息进行保密；
-CET-6 or equal level with both good oral and written;
-大学英语六级，或相似英语等级，英文书面及口语表达熟练；
-Familiar with TS16949/ISO9001 system;
