work experience:
1.Bachelor of Science Degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering is required.
2.Three to five years of experience working as a maintenance engineer with non-woven manufacturer or any equivalent combination of training or experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities is preferred.
3.Must have thorough knowledge of mechanical control system and measuring instrument, which they are used.4.Must be able to operate in a team environment, remaining flexible to multiple demands.
5.Excellent communication and people skills are necessary along with detail orientation especially with mechanical team.
6.Must be able to operate all production equipment as well as office equipment such as a personal computer, copier and fax machine.
7.Familiars with Auto CAD and MS-project, Pro-E or Solid

GENERAL SUMMARY:
Under periodic supervision, is responsible for maintenance of equipments and facilities, establishing predictive and preventive maintenance plan and criteria and keeping all equipments at good performance for production.
Major Responsibilities:
1.It is responsibility of the incumbent any and all tasks in safe manner, keeping in mind safety on the job at all times. It is expected that the incumbent will not only practice safety on the job, but will be responsible for the safety of others working in the area.
2.Responsible for the mechanical facility maintenance, ensures optimum operation of all ancillary and peripheral system in the plant with the implementation of mechanical facility maintenance program; coordinates the implementation of the necessary contracts with suppliers to provide preventive maintenance to the auxiliary facility equipments as well as complimentary services to mechanical facility.
3.Establishes and supervises the mechanical maintenance program designed to provide optimum reliability to the operation of our manufacturing and ancillary system, with the use of computerized maintenance programs, creates a record to track performance of all critical mechanical components to formalize a robust predictive and preventive maintenance.
4.Provides technical direction to maintenance group in the service and trouble shooting activity. Trains team members on all aspects of mechanical maintenance.
5.Monitors the mechanical facility regularly. Supervise projects of significant technical importance to the corporation. Assists in the analysis of productivity and reliability derived from machines.
6.Establishes and maintains regulatory compliance with safety and environmental protection guidelines.
7.Assists for the preparation of the engineering budget, outlining annual projected cost for the purchase of spare parts, consumables and major components to maintain optimum operation of our equipment; follows monthly spending and ensures compliance to the approved annual budget.
8.Responsible for the management of Capital Investment Project and equipment improvement/modification project, in aspect of proposal, design and implementation.
