职位描述：
主要职责major responsibilities
1.按控制计划要求执行生产装配线过程控制；
Implementation of production assembly line process control according to control plan;
2.GP12及过程不良品的拆解及分析工作;
GP12 and dismantle and analysis work of process rejects;
3.参与过程不良品的拆解及分析工作;
Involved in dismantle and analysis work of process rejects;
4.装配线异常质量问题的处理;
Handling quality problems of abnormal assembly line;
5.装配线过程审核，确保装配线按体系要求正确有序运行，如过程产品正确地标识状态；过程不良品按照不良品的处理流程操作等；
Assembly line process audits to ensure proper and orderly operation of the assembly line according to system requirements, such as correct identify state of process product; process rejects according to processing operations of rejects and so on;
6.售后退货不良品的分析，汇总及报告;
Analysis ,summary and report of rejects of sale return;
7.现场质量警示准备及员工的培训工作
Site preparation of quality alert and staff training
8.建立及维护经验总结数据库(包括过程，0Km，售后退回及Delphi兄弟工厂的经验分享);
Establish and maintain experience databases ( including process, 0Km, sale return and share experience with Delphi brothers factory.)
9.参与量测实验室CMM程序的准备及评审工作
Involved in the preparation and assessment procedures CMM measurement laboratory
10.保存,归档质量记录
Preservation, archiving quality records
11.工程师及部门经理分配的其它工作
Other work assigned by engineers and department managers

职位要求：
1. 熟练使用办公软件(Excel; Word; PowerPoint etc.)。
Skilled in using office software (Excel; Word; PowerPoint etc.)
2. 技校毕业, 2年以上跨国公司相似工作经验
Graduated from technical school , two years or above working experience in multi-national corporation
3. 熟悉GD&T, 很强的读图能力；
Familiar with GD&T, strong ability of understanding the drawings.
4. 熟练使用CMM，熟悉hexagon机器软件的优先；
Skilled in using CMM , familiar with Hexagon machine is preferred.
5. 熟练使用实验室常用测量设备；
