Requirement:

1.Ability to speak and write fluently in both English and Mandarin Chinese.
2.Ability to travel to supplier and Metaldyne locations as needed.
3.Flexibility to conduct conference calls during reasonable U.S. business hours as needed.
4.Ability to learn and understand the manufacturing processes employed by our suppliers.
5.Knowledge of manufacturing supply-base within China related to the following commodities: Iron Castings, Aluminum Castings, Steel Forgings, Machining, and others as business needs dictate.
6.Ability to build relationships and trust with supply base in order draw relevant information.
7.2-5 years of automotive industry experience related to manufacturing, engineering, or purchasing.

8.Familiar with TS 16949 standard

Responsibility:

1.to manage, develop and improve the current suppliers for Europe/NA on existing projects;
2.identify and propose new potential suppliers for improving our current supply base;
3.to support Europe/NA for new programs
4.to work closely with current supplier, identify and develop productivity plan from current parts
