？ Creation of project plans covering resources, work items and milestones.
建立项目计划，包括人力，工作内容及重要时间节点等。
？ Ensure plant support functions are in place to deliver the programme deliverables and timing.
确保工厂支持团队密切配合以完成项目的各项交付物和节点。
？ Manage launch timelines and develop rate of climb plans.
策划项目启动重大节点并制定产量爬坡计划。
？ Technical investigate and verification for equipment development.
针对设备开发，进行技术研究与验证。
？ Feasibility and reliability verification for process development.
针对工艺开发，进行可行性与可靠性的评估与验证。
？ Ensure successful completion of plant prototype build and effective concern, corrective initiation to rectify issue.
负责确保工厂首次造机活动的顺利完成，并对发现的问题制定有效纠正措施。
？ Lead the PSW preparation activities.
负责PSW准备活动。
？ Final release for equipment and fixture.
生产设备和工装的最终放行。
？ Support Capacity/Capability/Quality improvement continuously.
协助生产线的产能/质量持续改进。
？ Interface with the OEM pre and post launch.
负责在项目启动前期和后期阶段与整车厂的接口交流。
？ Transition the facility from launch mode to production readiness.
负责工厂从项目启动模式向生产准备就绪的转变。
？ Assure that all internal requirements of program launch are met, including safety, quality, delivery, cost, profitability and goals.
确保满足项目运行中所有的内部要求，包括：安全、质量、交付、成本、利润及目标。
？ Accomplish other tasks assigned by superior.
完成上级安排的其他工作。

任职要求：
？ College degree or above in mechanical engineering or related major.
大专及以上学历，汽车/机械工程相关专业。
？ Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills.
优秀的组织，计划及时间掌控能力。
？ Excellent command of the English language.
优秀的英语能力。
？ Logical thinking with creative problem-solving ability.
具备逻辑思维与创造性解决问题的能力。
？ Good communication and coordination skills, team-spirit.
