Key Responsibilities:

? oversee and manage QC team
? implementation and maintenance of any quality standard required to be conducted by company
? motivate, develop and train IQC, PQC and lab of skilled quality professionals to achieve the objectives and goals of the organization
? problem-solving on Manufacturing processes
? monitor the performance of sub-ordinate and lead to take improvement actions on overall quality system/ process control
? non-conformance products and scrap disposition and control
? support and response to customer's requirements
? oversee production activities / process control to ensure compliance to specification and quality procedures
? effective application of "Quality Tools" and other valid method to manage and improve products and process
? provide quality related reports to management team

Key Requirements:

? bachelor degree or above with major in mechanical engineering
? overall more than eight years working experience, at least five years in Quality function in multi-national company, including three years experience as a QC Manager or Supervisor
? skilful in quality process control and execution
? knowledgeable on quality tools and able to solve problem by using tools
? fluent in both written and oral English
? statistical Analysis method for production, Cost of Poor Quality, First pass yield, CPK, FMEA, DOE, control plan, etc.
? have an in-depth appreciation on the theory and practice of a process area (internal, external)
? leadership skill with strong team-work spirit
