职位描述
Responsibilities:
* Has responsibility over the HSE management systems for PC China as a whole
* HSE management system includes training and enforcement of HSE policies, standards, guidelines and procedures to all employees working in the Suzhou factory premises and locations outside of the factory premises e.g. sales offices and external warehouses locations. Except for Technical Service - see roles forwhich is under the responsibility of TS OSH Advisor;
* Develop annual HSE improvement plans for the whole PC China, except Technical Service;
* This person should have an invested interest in H&S matters for the Technical Services, though this team of people will be looked after and be the responsibility of the TS OSH Advisor. He should work with the TS OSH Advisor to ensure the safety of TSRs;
* This person should ensure timely HSE induction is provided to all new starters and work with TS OSH Advisor to provide relevant induction training for the TS new TS employees;
* This person should review and develop relevant training plans to all employees and work with TS OSH Advisor to ensure TSRs are included in the training plans;
* Work closely with various department managers, including those outside of Suzhou factory premises to ensure HSE&S systems are in place;
* Involvement in accident/incident investigation both within Suzhou factory and outside (sales offices and external warehouses), offering advice to the investigation team;
* Technical Service accident/incident investigation though the TS OSH Advisor will be involved but PC Suzhou HSE Manager should be ready to assist, if required;
* Constantly review and develop talent within the HSE department.
Requirements:
* University Degree or above
* At least 5 years work experience in HSE functions, include at least 2 year management experience.
* ISO and related standards knowledge. Planning skill
* HSE management experiences for 3 years at least
* HSE knowledge Emergency solving skill and related experiences for 3 years at least
* MS Office * Good English skill inboth written and oral
* HSE related certificate issued by special government
