职位描述
Responsibilities:
Implement Lean journey compliant with Corporate Lean system.
Develop, maintain, and improve system that attains lean objectives and customer satisfaction.
Provides financial/business data to management concerning Lean activities.
Assists in the preparation of proposals in support of securing customer orders.
Contributes to the development of method to operation efficiency.
Directs the analysis of failure and analyzes other problems to develop corrective action.
Recommends an effective manufacturing/logistics organization and staffing to enhance continuous improvement in departmental effectiveness, training our team to gain the lean knowledge.
Administer policies in a fair and equitable manner, with great communication skill to cooperate the lean team member, initiative the support from China and AP lean manager and upgrade the lean journey, the strong manner would be preferred.
Monitors the work performance of key personnel, conducts effective performance appraisals and encourage employee training & development. Skilled in assessing staff capabilities. Provides necessary training and ongoing feedback & support.
Creates a working climates in which assigned personnel are motivated to improve their skills and abilities, and demonstrates by personal example the desired standards of conduct and work performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or above
A good understanding of Lean principles such as Value Stream Mapping, Just-In-Time, Demand Flow, Single Piece Flow, Five S's, Visual Management, Total Productive Maintenance, Kaizen, SPC, Six Sigma and Communication Tools, Statistical Problem Solving, ISO/TS, QS9000 or similar.
Has successfully led a minimum of ten (10) Kaizen events within a manufacturing environment.
Good understanding of financial measurements and goals in the Lean enterprise
