Responsibility:
? Ensure full compliance and enforcement of all Safety, GMP, Regulatory, Product Quality, Company Policies, Government and Environmental requirements and laws.
? Embody, support, deploy and enforce the company Vision, Mission, Purpose and Success Factors and communicate that across supply chain
? Responsible for executing Stryker Asia Supply Chain Development Strategy, and ensure all corporate and local procedures are followed closely.
? Responsible for developing and managing Supply Quality Engineer (SQE) team to ensure a process-driven and risk-based approach is used in supplier quality assurance, and ensure.
? Responsible to stop further processing in the event of encountering non-conforming product condition.
? Collaborate across multiple departments and divisions to develop, implement, and maintain strategies for supplier management practices.
? Drive quality, delivery, compliance, savings and other key performance indicators across Asia supply chain.
? Lead the SQE team to plan, select and develop supplier base for Stryker Suzhou and the sending sites as requested.
? Lead the SQE team to establish quality-focused supplier relationships and ensure implementation of Supplier Quality Agreements for Stryker Suzhou
? Communicate the vision and strategy of the Asia supply chain both internally and externally and ensure proper process and procedures are followed.
? Work with customers on anticipating and identifying qualified supplier partners with strong quality systems for current and future production requirements.
? Manage directly and/or through subordinate supervisors the activities of the Asia supply chain SQE team
? Participate directly in the recruiting and selection of supplier quality/ engineering personnel.
? Submit periodic reports, in writing and in person, to appropriate personnel.
? Contribute to setting strategic goals and priorities, and evaluate subordinate's performance based on those goals and priorities.
? Coach, motivate and develop SQE team.
? Responsible for subordinates' compliance with company policies and quality systems.

Experience:
? 8+ years related experience
? 2+ years management experience.
