job requirment:

1.Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 5 years of working experience, or operations management.
2.Good English skill in speaking and writing, CET-6 is required.
3.Minimum 2 years in textile industry field services.
4.Working experience in spinning mill will be an advantage.
5.Strong knowledge in reading technical/mechanical drawings is essential.
6.Experience in MS office products, excellent work experience in Excel is essential.
7.Strong personnel development and mentoring skills with demonstrated ability to build interpersonal relationship with sales team and vendors.
8.Good in communication, analytical & problem solving skill.
9.Independent, organized, self-motivated and customer oriented.
10.Frequent travel may require on customer complaints and customer service.


responsibility:

1. Scheduling, organise and supervise site erection and to monitor erection team erection process and performance.
2. Collect competitors technical information
3.Work with Sales team to provide good after sales service
4. .Immediate response to customer in best solutions to resolve ring frame problem.
5. work with other department to detect problem and provide solution
