Job Description:
1,make payment upon employees' approved expense report and notify individuals if any deduction;
2,Review Prepayment record and work with purchasing department to get it invoiced in time;
3,any prepayment longer than 2 months must be investigated and solved in immediate coming month;
4,compare expense with previous month after journal entry completed to ensure no expense missed;
5,Work with other department to accrue un-invoiced expense on monthly basis;
6,online register with SAFE on customs clearance form
organize vouchers no later than 20th of coming month and document it properly;
7,Enter cash transaction into MFG on daily basis;
8,Enter payment into MFG per e-bank record per event;
9,Monthly Petty cash reconciliation(+ cash count) and prepare bank reconciliation at each month end;
10,keep good communication with Bank, SAFE. Gov.
