职位描述：
Duty & Responsibilities:

1. Be responsible to develop and execute the right by-account selling strategy.
2. To build and maintain relationship with target factories and buying offices of key customers by periodical meet and visit.
3. Be familiar with product function and techniques, providing product proposal and quotation package to key customers in new project.
4. Analyze customers’ demand, market pricing trend and competitors’ new products to enhance self-competitiveness.
5. To secure existing customer base of exclusive market and explore for new customers from open market.
6. Fast command of knowledge about new products or business of group. Be sensitive to develop potential customers of new business.
7. To lead a sales team by exercising sales activities to achieve team sales objective.
8. To manage, coach and motive the sales team member to ensure the team performance.

Requirements:

1. Degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent
2. At least 5-8 years relevant experience in Sales of RFID(Radio Frequency Identification)
3. Have sufficient good relationship existing and potential customer base.
4. Excellent English writing and communication with English native speaker
5. Able to coordinate and work with other parties to achieve goals and put team performance over individuals.
6. Good in MS Word, Excel, Power Point and other computer software.
