Education:
1.Technical education (BSc, MSc or equivalent), major in Mechanics or Electrical Engineering.
Work experience:
1.Above 5 years of experience in engineering, and 3 years wiring harness industry experience.
Special know-how:
1.Familiarity with Office and AutoCAD.
2.Familiarity with ERP or SAP system.
3.Good understanding of Automotive wiring harnesses and its production process.
4.Automotive electrical know-how.
5.Component know-how.
6.Ability to take initiative, work independently, systematically.
7.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, deeply understanding customer drawing and other technique requirements.
Language skills:
1.Good written and oral English.
Main tasks:
1.Labor and tooling cost evaluation for new project.
2.Overall production capacity calculation and improvement.
3.Participate prototype sample making, support product engineer complete process parameter setup and record.
4.Feasibility study of production.
5.Production flow and process design. Line setup, create and verify process parameters.
6.Documents preparing, make Flow chart, PFMEA and WI etc.
7.New equipment, tooling, jig development and verification.
8.Be responsible for the training of operator.
9.Defect analysis, line trouble shooting.
10.Improve the process and continues improvement. Such as production layout optimization, quality improvement, line balance, error proof etc. to increase the productivity.
11.Lead production line complete new product FA and get it approved by QA.
12.Lead new products trial run and PPAP running.
13.Provide production routing time and capacity study.
14.Supporting production team and communicate with relative departments for correcting relative documents
such as PFMEA, WI and assembly board drawing.
15.Work with QA engineer to solve customer complaint.
16.Accomplish other tasks from management.
Other tasks:
1.Develop/maintain standard working time information in WISE, COP and other database.
2.Cable Workshop layout (material and process flow) create, maintain and optimize.
3.Support Wiring harness designer / engineer -activities.
