Education:
1,Technical education (BSc, MSc or equivalent), major in Mechanics or Electrical Engineering.

Work experience:
1,Above 5 years of experience in engineering, and 3 years wiring harness industry experience.

Special know-how:
1,Familiarity with Office and AutoCAD.
2,Familiarity with CATIA V5 or other similar 3D software.
3,Familiarity with ERP or SAP system.
4,Good understanding of Automotive wiring harnesses and its production process.
5,Automotive electrical know-how.
6,Component know-how.
7,Ability to take initiative, work independently, systematically.
8,Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, deeply understanding customer drawing and other technique requirements.

Language skills:
1,Good written and oral English.

Main tasks:
1,Customer interface on technical issues, learning about products' technology requirements,

make final inspection standard.
2,BOM handling, maintenance and alternative component selection for new RFQ.
3,New products input and transfer, create BOM, design reviews and tool plans to offers.
4,Product drawing, component drawing release and maintain in system.
5,New components' function and performance evaluation and inspection items definition.
6,Lead prototype sample making, work with process engineer to figure out key process parameters.
7,Create cutting and crimping instructions (COP) and draw assembly tables to production.
8,Handle engineering changes (ECR and ECN).
9,Participation and developing product technology operating plan creation and implementation.
10,Solving problems in product, documentation and production together with customer and internal CFT.
11,Participate continues improvement plan (CIP). Lean concept and tools utilization; Components localization, optimize work methods, defects improvement.
12,Define customer related requirements for components.
13,Create component or sub-assembly test plans, test execution and reporting.
14,Projects transfer from PKC overseas. To do technical review, feasibility study.
15,Engineering database establish and maintain.
16,Accomplish other tasks from management.

Other tasks:
1,Develop/maintain component technology information in WISE, COP and other database.
2,Co-operate with customers.
3,Support Wiring harness designer / engineer -activities.
