1.Science Bachelor degree on macromolecule, chemical fiber, material engineering etc.

2.3-5 years technical or process working experience in Chemical industry.

3.Good English and computer skills, CET-6 preferred. Communicating with Japanese is preferred.

4.Good interpersonal skills.

5.Be willing to business trip by 20-30% time

6.Creativity in Products and Market Development: Participate with senior staff in setting up programs and generating approaches to problems & product opportunities. Interact with external organizations, especially customers.

7.Performance and Accountability: Carry out interpretation of data and recommendations for future work. Provides data and interpretation to others for action/decision. Responsible for the knowledge building within new areas - and the documentation of this.

8.Communication: Prepare technical reports and other communication of work. Carry out independent interpretation of data and recommendations for future work. Provide requested information. Read literature in area of technical awareness and affiliated areas.

9.Professional Leadership and Management: Participates with senior staff in setting up programs and generating approaches to problems and product opportunities. Provide leadership to assigned personnel and contribute to the development of new personnel, particularly in areas of expertise.

10.Maintain high level of ethics, safety, quality, and environmental standards in all aspects of the business.
