1 Bachelor degree or above, major in trade or business administration, textile, chemical fiber etc.

2 Good English skill.

3 Japanese is a plus.

4 sales experience of min. 5 years (ideally 5-10 years)

5 Obviously technical background preferably in NW and hygiene products, but a solid commercial experience with proven track record.

6 Proven track record in negotiating contracts

7 Proven track record in commercializing new products

8 Proven track record in developing new business/customers

9 Very high customer retention rate

10 Ability to gather externally and communicate internally both market and customer feedback.

11 Strong sales skills and good interpersonal communication skills.

12 Integrity & team work.

13 Willing to travel at least 60 %.

14 Establish sales account quotas.

15 Visit and keep daily contact with customers.

16 Maintain a key account information system and co-ordinate implementation.

17 Collect market information.

18 Assist the sales manager to complete the planning / pricing and payment terms.

19 Complete the other jobs assigned by the department manager.
