Responsibilities/tasks :
? Provide professional secretarial and administrative support for the director
? Handle office administration such as filing, mail sorting and database maintenance
? Prepare business correspondence, minutes, reports, proposals and other documents as instructed
? Act as interpreter, assist GM in governmental or other official representations.
? Travel occasionally with the management throughout China visiting suppliers or clients
? Manage telephone calls and schedule meetings, appointments and conference calls effectively
? Coordinate travel arrangements and booking of hotel accommodation for the department
? Act independently and handle strictly confidential information

EDUCATION:
?University Degree is a must, majoring in Administration or Business English

Experience and requirements :
? At least 5 years working experience in sizable multi-national organization
? Well-organized and systematic, proactive, able to work independently
? Fluency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
? Well-versed in MS office, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
? Proactive and independent with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
? Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, able to perform multi-tasks
? Able to function in a team. Being 'right hand' of General Manager and as such showing sufficient authority.
? Immediately available is an advantage

In 1994, still in the pioneering days of a new product named Micro Fiber, a local cleaning company in Dal, Norway received a sample of a new cleaning product to use in their day to day cleaning. They soon realized the enormous potential that this new product could have on today’s cleaning methods. Soon thereafter, the Norwegian operating company, Eidsvoll Miljprodukter, went into business selling, marketing and further developing micro fiber as a material used in modern cleaning products. The ideology was then, as it is now, to produce a more efficient cleaning product where only water needs to be added to the cleaning cloth or mop. This led to a decrease in the use of chemicals and other non-biodegradable detergents. To maintain a cleaner and healthier environment is still a part of NORWEX’s philosophy today.
