Duties and Responsibilities (*Essential Functions):

? Direct the operations of the warehouse and shipping work team to achieve prescribed objectives. Develop and maintain a productive work team.
? Manages the efficient workflow through reviewing and controlling utilization of resources. Promote Continuous Improvement of warehouse and shipping function.
? Ensure accurate inventory control of materials.
? Responsible for maintaining EHS working conditions in warehouse and shipping/receiving ensure the safety of all personnel under supervision.
? Personnel management including team building, performance reviews, salary administration, disciplinary actions, etc and establishes performance objectives for staff
? Identifies opportunities throughout shipping & warehouse operations for efficiency improvements and expense reductions.
? Manages implementation of business projects to improve packing method and drive the lean logistics projects of JIT, Kanban, etc for cost saving or increase work efficiency.
? Coordinate with purchase, production departments and other inter-entity plant to meet the material requirements of the company's production.
? Organize training plan for team utilization and accuracy of the Integrated Materials Storage, Handling and Shipping System.
? Ensure the operations is compliance with corporate and government regulatory agencies' requirements.
? Other tasks assigned by managers

Job Specifications:
? Bachelor's Degree with logistic management
? 8 years working experience in logistics and /or warehouse and minimum of 5 years experience in supervision of related warehouse or logistics areas
? Good command of written and spoken English
? Familiar with Office Software & Outlook
? Familiar with SAP system is prefer
? Analytical and problem solving skills
