Job /title: Supplier Quality Engineer
Reports to: Asian Supplier Quality Manager
Subordinates: 2
Location: Shanghai
Duties & responsibilities:
1. Inspection in suppliers on products that are ready for shipping .
2. Supplier products and processes audits, to issue the corrective actions and improving plan to ensure continuous improvements of supplier
3. Project development assistant, training to and working with suppliers’ project team to ensure obtaining ROBUST process before mass production
4. Early identifying the problems or potential risks of products and processes whenever in developing or mass producing, working with suppliers to find out root causes and implement corrective actions, feedback and lessons learned insurances
5. Suppliers PPAP approval, and working with suppliers on PPAP when necessary
6. Evaluating and qualifying suppliers
7. Training, task allocations, quick problem solving and performance review for subordinates
8. Supplier File preparation, supplier performance monitoring, collection and review
9. Daily, weekly and monthly report to Asian Supplier Quality Manager
10. Perform other tasks as required by Asian Supplier Quality Manager
Requirements
1. Experience in aircraft seating system, CNC machining, plastic injection 、stamping, alu.extrusion, veneer, wood, welding, finish treatment and assembly(office furniture)
2. Experience in Mechanical Engineering related
3. Automotive quality experience preferred
4. Familiar with quality system,AS 9100, ISO9001:2000 and ISO/TS16949
5. Experience and knowledge of quality tools, technique and methods required like ISHIKAWA, PDCA, 8D, etc.
6. PPAP process knowledge and experience, PFD, FMEA, Process Control Plan, MSA, SPC and Color knowledge
7. 5+ working experience on quality or supplier quality
8. English communication at least read and write
9. Dirty-Hands philosophy
10. Travel much Target-oriented, confident, self-starter and a good team worker
11. 工作內容不外乎:
   1. 供应商产品出货前检验；要求会识图（美国图纸标注），会使用相关测量工具检测产品。有家具行业BIFMA测试相关知识优先
   2, 熟悉航空座椅系统，美标办公家具系统；五金件,铝挤出，铝压铸，木皮，木质箱体柜体，冲压，焊接的检验及表面处理的检验，及时发现问题，解决问题！
3，供应商进料，制程，组装等质量控制体系监督及验证，检查供应商质量控制体系落实情况并且复核！
4，供应商质量控制流程稽核-追溯性稽核-体系稽核，从进料到生产，组装，出货等操作步骤，稽核确保体系正常有效被执行
5，样品确认及PPAP文件检查，复核
6，新项目开发协助，进展追踪，需要及时英文邮件及报告总结！
