Our client is a 500 fortune company from US (Automotive Industry) located in Suzhou.

Job Description:
1. As a new company, to prepare products and equipment transfer from overseas
2. Prepare SOP, Manufacturing layout and planning
3. Responsible for the manufacturing process, safe and clean environment.
4. Evaluates steps in manufacturing to eliminate waste, control cycle time and implementation of lean enterprise.
5. Follow-up the production plan in order to satisfy customer needs;
6. Hold continuous improving activities for products, equipment, work methods etc.
7. Implement action to prevent occurrence of any nonconformities relating to product, process and quality system through appropriate quality tools;
8. Recruit, guide, train, evaluate and motivate employee of production line to achieve the production target with high safety, quality and efficiency.
9. Coordinate with Logistics for the material, tools and delivery to ensure consistent production and on-time delivery.
10. Research and implement the advanced manufacturing technology, optimize manufacturing process (equipment, tools, fixture, etc.) continuously to upgrade the manufacturing ability and efficiency.
11. Participate in the new product launch, ensure pilot run and mass production of the new product smoothly.
12. Lead and develop the production team within an Business Excellence for Manufacturing environment, making use and developing of methods and tools like lean manufacturing, 5S, Six Sigma Kaizen etc.
13. Cooperate with related departments to control and improve the condition and capability of machines and equipment in production


Requirement:
1. Mechanical or related majors, bachelor degree or above
2. 8+ years manufacturing working experience, at least 3 years with management, Auto motive background is a MUST
3. Knowledge of CNC technology is a MUST
4. Excellent ability of hands on and leadership
5. Proactive, strong sense of responsibility, can work under pressure and good team spirit.
6. Solid knowledge and experience of Lean manufacturing, project management, 5S & EHS regulations.
7. Be target oriented and self-motivated
8. Ability to construct and implement an effective working system
9. Fluent in English
