Requirement:
1. Professional requirement
1) A Bachelor's degree with a major of mechanical or electric.
2) Fluent in English in oral and written
3) Experienced Quality Engineer from a broad ranging background including customer interface/Process quality control
4) Minimum 5 years experience in customer service of industrial fields. Mechanical and electric education or experience in meter manufacturing background is preferred.
5) Rich knowledge of quality analysis and quality system of IS0 9001, Six sigma, 5W, PDCA, TQM experience is preferred.
6) Excellent skill in MS Office; Experience of ERP system is preferred.

2. Personal - soft skill requirements
1) Results and customer driven
2) Problem solving skills and flexibility.
3) Good communication skill and negotiation skill.

Main duties
1) Responsible for customer complaint.
2) Cross function coordination and Communicate with internal team and play as main leader for tracking the corrective and preventive action for manufacturing process and customer requirement to do relevant continual improvement activity.
3) Always look into process improvement opportunity from the statistics and analysis the customer complaint information.
