Position 工作岗位: 泵阀产品售后服务工程师 Pumps & valves service Engineer
Reports To: Quality Manager 质量经理
Department: 质量部 Quality Dept.
Location: Richter

主要工作职责Main Responsibility
？ 负责RICHTER 泵阀产品的售后服务工作；
？ 能够在客户现场独立完成产品的调试和测试工作，并对客户作相应的应用及维护、维修的培训；
？ 完成客户返厂产品的维修和保养服务；
？ 对装配区域的生产设施、设备及工具进行保养、维护；
？ 按照要求对相关装配员工的培训，达到公司规定的培训目标；


工作技巧及相关要求
？ 大专或本科毕业，机械自动化、仪表专业优先；
？ 三年以上泵、阀行业生产或设计以及安装、调试经验；
？ 了解离心泵的工作原理，掌握泵的组装和测试工作；
？ 了解阀门的结构组成，掌握阀门附件如限位开关、定位器、电磁阀等工作原理，并能根据客户订单要求熟练完成产品的整体安装和调试；
？ 适应出差的要求，并具备能在用户现场解决问题的动手能力；
？ 较强的人际沟通能力，动手能力强，好学上进；
？ 要求一定的英文基础，能熟练的英语口语交流。
