ESSENTIAL DUTIES


1. Process technician is mainly focused on final assembly setup.

2. Assist AME Process Engineers in the assembly and setup/ debug of new production equipment

3. Reflow/ Wave soldering profile measurement.

4. Equipment trouble shooting.

5. Work instruction preparation.

6. PCBA Strain gauge test for each assembly equipment.

7. Equipment maintance following standard work instruction.

8. Ensure each new production assembly or test system meets all company tooling and quality standards.

9. Assist engineering with control runs, data collection, and failure analysis.

10. Assist in training other technicians and production team members on new process equipment.


POSITION QUALIFICATIONS


Education: Junior college or above

Major: Measurement and control or Computer/ programing

Experience: At least 2 years related experience
Prefer PLC programing experience.

Perfer C#, .NET programming experience.

Basic electronics skills: basic soldering skill, familiarity with basic electronic components

Experience with wave soldering, PCB routing, conformal coating, screw driving, final assembly.

Certifications: Must be experienced and capable of reading maintenance manual,.
Must have good written and oral communication skills.
