Summary of Responsibilities
The Marketing& Sales Coordinater provides the support on various sales activities to sales team
Essential Job Functions
? Work with various functions within the business to coordinate internal communications, e.g., product launch portal content, sales/distributor updates, and Lubrizol Intranet articles.
? Work with Sales team to keep products promotion up-to-date in various trade show, media and industry publications.
? Assist with the development, writing, and communication of marketing plans, promotional recaps, creative briefs, project recommendations and presentations.
? Work with external agencies and regional sales managers to
o align with global communication strategy and regional business growth strategy, develop and execute clearly defined advertising objectives and execution plan;
o create, maintain, and distribute promotional literature related to new product launches, market-facing formulated solutions or other promotional activities;
o identify and recommend suitable publishing media.
? Ensure that all locally developed marketing materials undergo brand review and adhere to strict brand guidelines.
? Work with external agencies, sales & technical team to coordinate and execute all aspects of events in the region all the way through to sales follow-up, including but not limited to trade show and seminars.
? Assist with writing and editing of promotional literature, newsletters, direct marketing, and Internet marketing projects.
? Execute the day to day delivery of email marketing campaigns, e-newsletters, invitations etc.
? Determine fiscal requirements and prepare budgetary recommendations; monitor, verify and reconcile expenditure of budgeted funds.
? Monitor all processes and implement improvements to enhance productivity of marketing communication activities.
? Coordinate with internal company contacts for documentation management of:
o Distributor / agency agreement
o Yearly rebate agreement
o NDA agreement
o Others
? Collect customer visit reports and weeks plan from AM / TS on weekly basis and help to upload to sharepoint.
? Tracking monthly forecast accuracy for each AM. Provide comparison among:
o monthly input in mylubrizol,
o monthly projection - fcst mtg monthly report
o actual monthly result
? Prepare quarterly pipeline data tracking for sales projects for each AM:
o Acquisition
o Commercialization
o realization
? Maintain price list updated from Vendavo. Prepare quotation to customers.
? Ad hoc assignements.
Skills, Qualifications, Experience, Special Physical Requirements:
? Bachelor’s degree in marketing, chemistry, or chemical engineering is prefered
? Minimum three years of commercial experience working with internal and external customers
? Capable of multi-tasking and working with a variety of people
? High degree of initiation and detailed oriented, responsible and work under pressure.
? Good interpersonal and communication skills
? Fluent in written and spoken English
? Strong computer skills are required, with experience with Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
