职位描述：
Accountabilities主要职责

 在上级的指导下，为企业扩展营业范围、增资等商务行为准备相关文件 （如起草董事会决议、章程或合同修改书），与政府相关部门沟通，办理注册地变更、房屋缴税及政策优惠等事宜;
 Under superior’s lead, prepare related documents for expansion of business scope, capital increase and other business activities (drafts the resolution of board, regulations and contract amendment) and communicate with related government department and deal with alteration of registration place, tax payment and policy preferences；
 协助法务团队翻译/起草/审核相关法律文件，处理有关劳动纠纷/商事纠纷等
 Assist legal team to translate, draft and review legal documents and deal with labor disputes and commercial disputes ;
 进行法律研究，为部门提供必要的法律专业支持。在维护公司利益的同时，降低法律风险，保障公司经营。
 Conduct legal research and provide professional support to department. Maintain company interest as well as reduces legal risk in order to ensure business operation.

 Preferably oversee education background or excellent English
工作经验
