职位描述：
Position Summary:
1) Coordinate QM-Coordinators to maintain system documents, implement, change of procedures, organize trainings for employee, and participate in audits.
2) Do training for internal employees of QM-system.
3) Organize management review, internal audit and external audit, follow up corrective actions implementation.
4) Manage customer requirement QM-related.
5) Process management and improvement
6) Product type approval
7) Certificate of Conformity

  Education Level or Equivalent Experience:
1) Technical background education or similar.
2) Minimum 3 years QMS (quality management system) experience.

  Basic Knowledge and Skills：
1) Fluent English.
2) Good communication skills.
3) Knowledge of manufacturing processes, data management and analysis systems.
4) Knowledge and experience with American Petroleum Institute (API) quality requirements, Q-S Quality and Safety requirements and ISO standards.
5) Knowledge and experience of auditing.

Responsibilities
  Strategy:
1) Continuously establish and improve Quality Management System to be compliant with ISO9001, API, TS, etc.
2) Develop procedures ensuring internal processes to be compliant with quality management system or requirements.
  Operations:
1) Implement QMS training on staff and perform refresh training when necessary.
2) Lead the internal team to audit Quality Management System periodically.
3) Make sure quality system procedures efficient implementation.
4) Perform internal spot check to ensure third party requirements followed right.
5) Apply for product certification and communicate with the organization.
6) To understand product standards and product certification clauses, push reference department to follow these.
7) Maintain relevant records to satisfy external audits.
8) Prepares and controls quality systems budgets and expenses. Monitors monthly to ensure alignment with budget and control variances.
 Cooperation:
1) Liaise with internal team and customers to comprehend and meet certification requirements on products.
2) Follow up on Third Party or Customers audit findings and corrective actions.
 Other:
1) Prepare Certificate of conformity to customer
2) Hose type approval
