Purposes: Fast-growing Analog Semiconductor pre-IPO Company focusing on Poweris looking for a highly motivated, hands-on, and experienced Manager or staff engineer of Quality Assurance (QA).

Primary and Major Responsibilities:
? Assist QRA director to manage the QA team.
? Determines quality improvement activities by identifying quality issues and solving through test screening, development process enhancement, and supplier improvement.
? Provides and gathers data and explanations for FIT, RoHS, and Conflict Materials to customers
? Direct and oversee failure analysis activities; provide direction and education to QA and FA staff on failure analysis techniques and trouble-shooting methods
? Serves as the company interface for external customers regarding quality, reliability, product failures, and customer issue resolution while maintaining company’s goals.
? Coordinates the Quality team to generate 8D/4D reports within committed time constraints.
? Serves as the interface for OSAT (Out Source Assembly & Test) suppliers regarding any quality issues of products and drive continual improvement. Ensure quality and technical requirements implementation in OSAT
? Conduct audits to various suppliers, which include foundries and out-sourced assembly/test houses.
? Works closely with Reliability, FA and engineering team to resolve any quality issues and provide support.
? Reports to Director of QRA.

Qualifications& Pre-Requisites:
? 7+ years proven working experience as an quality and reliability engineer in semiconductor products
? Excellent experience of subcontractor management; experience of working with wafer foundry is a plus.
? Excellent knowledge of failure analysis method and techniques.
? Excellent interpersonal skills with both customers and internal team.
? Good spoken and written English & Mandarin required.
? BS or higher in Electrical Engineering or equivalent required. 举报 分享
