1.College or above大学专科或以上学历;
2. A little bit fluent English (CET4 or above ) and be good at Auto CAD skills.较流利的英文口语（CET-4或以上），熟悉使用CAD软件；
2.Good team work spirit, innovative and hardworking；富有团队精神、创新精神，勤奋踏实；
3.At least 1 year working experience as a Mechanical Designer 至少一年机械设计工程师的工作经验；
4.Strong problem analyzing and trouble shooting skills；有较强的分析问题能力和解决问题的技能；
Job Description工作描述:
1.Responsible for transferring the CAD drawing from headquarter and issue /manage it ;if necessary draw it again according to domestic standard; 负责CAD图纸转换或根据国内要求重新绘制；
2.Assist quality Dept to confirm the raw material quality checking, responsible for communicating with Italy headquarter for clarification/ confirmation of technology problem；辅助质量部门做好原料质量确认，针对一些技术问题做好和总部的沟通工作；
3.Responsible for workshop technology supporting；负责生产车间技术支持工作；
4.Take part in preparing for ISO9001 process files，responsible for establishing and updating SOP of workshop；参与ISO9000体系建设，和车间操作规程（SOP）的建立；
