Location
The working location is the Zhizhu Park office in Minhang, Shanghai. Travel into Asia Pacific countries is required from time to time.
Objective of Job
FCA Asia Pacific developed a market tailor made program which elevates the customer experience and customer satisfaction and generates additional revenue in the aftersales business for dealer and the national sales companies. By implementing this program in the markets of the Asia Pacific region the aftersales KPIs for the national sales companies will be improved and the brand perception increased. Therefore the Asia Pacific Customer Service Quality team works together with the respective markets to fine tune all aspects of aftersales within the national sales company and the dealer network. The objectives of a successful implementation into a national sales company include: - Increased customer satisfaction - Increased FFV - Increased retention - Increased car park penetration - Increased parts sales - Increased engagement of dealer and national sales company
Brief Task Description
The main tasks, but not limited to the role are: - Creation of action plans - Monitoring of agreed actions and action measures to keep deadlines - Interaction with involved agencies on APAC and NSC level a daily basis - Onsite support of national sales company field team in implementing the program in the dealerships - Project work with FCA national sales companies or FCA Asia Pacific members in order to achieve program objectives. - Monitor and report KPI development - Create decision proposals for top management
Qualifications
Working experience in dealerships and national sales companies/importer in aftersales required. Preferable as a Service Manager in dealerships, as a Area Manager in a national sales company or in the aftersales processes department. English skills on excellent level. Korean and/or Japanese language skills are an advantage.
