Objective of Job:

The function includes responsibility for controlling of the Product Investments for region APAC (the perimeter is related to all plants of Fiat Chrysler in China, India), ensuring all investments obtain the proper authorization according to the Group policy, through the control of the Program Approved Investment, annual Budget, Forecast and monthly spending control (Committed, Spent and Balance), ensuring that the approved budgets are properly released in the ERP system; prepare the Strategic Plan for investments and all economic evaluations related to business decisions; Work close to Joint Ventures for investments monitoring (Buy and Make); Support the Finance Platform team with inputs related to Investments evolution for Business Case update.


Brief Task Description
? Consolidation of the investments results of the region in line with the Fiat Chrysler financial calendar, guarantee the accuracy and completeness of the data and provide ad hoc reporting to the management
? Ensure the correct planning of the Investments (Make, Buy and R&D), provide assistance in the target setting and identify the opportunities and points of improvement in the spending management.
? Support the Industrial (Make and Buy) areas to monitor the monthly trend and ensure the correct allocation of spending among programs
? Support the management in the decision making with ad hoc financial analysis and reporting (estimation for completion, spending trend, variances analysis vs. budget/forecast …etc.)

Qualifications:
? University degree in accounting, finance, or related fields, an accounting designation or near completion definitely a plus.
? 7 year or above experience in foreign invested company in China. An automotive industrial experience is preferred
? Knowledge of SAP system and WBS is preferred
? Must be able to communicate fluently in both written and spoken Chinese as well as English
? Good communication and organizational skills
? Strong computer application skills(Excel) and good at all office software
