职位描述：
Job Description

1.Serves as the subject matter expert for the environmental and safety programs ; has in-depth knowledge of EHS regulatory requirements.
2.Coordinates the timely submittal of EHS reports and permit applications required for facilities operations .
3.Inspects and evaluates workplace environments, equipment, and practices, in order to ensure compliance with safety standards and government regulations.
4.nvestigates potential safety incidents to identify root cause and determine preventive action.
5.Recommend measures to protect employees from potentially hazardous work methods, processes, or materials.
6.Develops, and implements site EHS policies and procedures
7.Elevates concerns and recommends solutions for EHS related regulatory and internal program requirements.
8.Develops and delivers EHS presentations utilizing various tools to train others, communicate information and leverage better business decisions.
9.Coordinates the timely submittal of EHS reports and permit applications required for facilities operations.
10.Monitors and improves EHS recordkeeping systems to ensure record-keeping compliance and facilitate analysis of data.
11.Ensures that consultants and contractors performing site work are in compliance with site EHS policies and procedures.
12.Assists in the coordination and planning of site safety meetings as appropriate.

Qualifications

1.Bachelor’s Degree required in Occupational Health and Safety OHS. Bachelors Degree in another area of study is acceptable along with relevant demonstrated OHS work experience.
2. 5 – 10 year of professional experience working in an EHS related function with primary focus in Health, Safety and Industrial Hygiene Programs.
3.Must have extensive knowledge of local and national standards.
4.Demonstrated experience in the application of EHS management systems.
5.Excellent technical writing abilities.
6.Must have demonstrated ability to plan, implement, and achieve significant, complex goals and objectives.
7.Excellent and demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
8.Demonstrated experience with program/product/process implementation.
9.Demonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite applications.
10.Self motivated, self starter, must be able to work independently.
11.Ability to drive results, driving change, business understanding and teamwork.
12.Thorough understanding of risk management as it relates to EHS and loss control
