Task Description:
? Marketing Budget management.
? Support the GDs in defining their overall marketing strategy, in accordance with their specific business needs and markets features.
? ATL, BTL and CRM assets management and campaigns development in collaboration with other Regions.
? Coordinate the development and the launch of FCA brands websites in English and local languages for all GDs, managing timelines, priorities, contents, assets, layouts and leads collection. Coordinate analytics tagging, define reports, follow up SEO activities and assure websites promotion.
? Definition and implementation of GDs’ digital plan, leveraging the brand websites and collaborating with external agencies.
? Digital metrics analysis covering the entire digital funnel (visits, leads, LFA’s, dealership traffic, test drives and sales) and monitoring the conversion rates in order to evaluate campaigns and investments effectiveness.
? Social Media Content Calendar definition (timeline, images and copy).
? Definition and implementation of the Marketing Incentive program, following up applications and claims with the GDs and internal stakeholders.
? Facilitate best practices sharing among the Markets and proactively propose any improvement to their marketing plans and actions.
Qualifications:
? Qualifications: University degree in business or marketing
? Language: Fluent in English
? Experience: Above 5 years relevant experience in marketing of automotive industry
? General Skills
1. Understand and familiar with automotive industry and market
2. Management and Leadership Skills
3. Requires inter-personal communication and presentation skill
