职位描述：
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
This individual will have responsibility for Distribution Center Management. He/she will be the main contact window for DC regarding any finish goods operation, in charge of daily DC management to make sure KPI meet or exceed.
 

Key duties include:

? DC Operation Management:
- Contact window regarding finish goods management
- Control service level to with DC operation team to make sure KPI hit & exceed
- Problem solving for any complain issues
- KPI review and achieve

? People Management:
- Regularly training, sharing the direction of business target
- Formulate development plan for people, encourage them seeking their development

? Inventory Management
- Contact window regarding normal goods orders
- Inventory management and fulfill
- Inventory discrepancy reconciliation & Problem solving
- Inventory counting tasks assignment & counting status following

? HSE Management:
- Ensure zero incident whole year
- Work with team to develop and maintain HSE management system
- Work with team to ensure the company is compliant with all relevant and current health, safety and environment legislation, and company’s standard

? Reports Management:
- DC operation status reports owner
- Reliable and transparency result deliverable

? Project Management and SOP update:
- All operation SOP documents setup & updating
- Continuous process improvement
- Project owner for WMS and ERP

? Other tasks or duties as assigned.


Scope of Role:
This role will report to China Distribution manager

Education and Experience:
? Bachelor degree with major in logistics & related
? At least 5 years’ experience in multi-national company, and 2 years’ experience on similar role
? Good skill of data analysis and presentation
? Fluent in English (Speaking and Written)
? Works well under pressure, effectively handles conflict and demonstrates flexibility in work style.
? Experience in ISO/TS16949 or ISO 9001 audit.


Required Skills:
? Effective communication skills both written and oral.
? Fluent English Speaking and Written
? Open Minded
? Proficient in computer software, especially MS PPT, MS Excel
? Good at layout plan, familiar with Auto CAD
? Self-started to purse better performance
? Good knowledge in ISO/TS16949 and ISO 9001, qualified internal auditor 举报 分享
