职位描述：
Primary Activities主要活动:
- Be responsible for the Life cycle service contract execution负责生命周期服务合同的执行
- Lead the OT site team领导奥图泰现场团队
- Support Project team to do the installation and commissioning 协助项目团队完成安装和调试
- Regular reporting to project management 定期向项目管理层汇报
- Participation and representing OT at site meetings代表奥图泰 参加现场会议
- Responsible for communication between OT and customer site organization 负责奥图泰与客户现场沟通
- Site cost control (relating to OT service only) 现场成本控制（仅限奥图泰服务部分）
- Responsible for invoicing and payment collection with customer 负责向客户开发票和收款
- Organizing corrective actions in case defects or errors are found in OT equipment 如果发现设备有问题，组织补救工作
- Advise customer's site organization also in areas outside OT equipment适当的时候可以就奥图泰设备以外的部分为客户现场提供建议
- Be responsible for the QEHS of site team 为现场团队的质量环境健康安全负责
- Set up/confirm all operation regulations/process in function制定/确认部门各项操作流程
- Organize QEHS education and training to new employees in function level, and arrange all relative trainings to employees in the function 组织新员工的现场QEHS教育培训，安排现场员工各项培训
- Provide personal protective equipments (PPEs) to employees in the function 组织发放劳动防护用品
- Attend training and be familiar with related knowledge and skills in quality, environment, occupational health and safety (QEHS) 接受培训，掌握质量、环境、职业健康安全（QEHS）相关知识技能
- Organize the investigation on accidents and define the improvement solution, then report to President of MA China and Management Representative in time 组织对事故的调查和制定改善措施，并及时向中国区总裁和管理者代表报告
- Include the QEHS performance into the annual evaluation of employees in the function在现场工年度考评中, 考虑其QEHS 绩效
- Other tasks assigned by line manager 主管交代的其他工作

Job Requirement 岗位要求：

- Excellent knowledge of mechanical construction standards and practice熟悉机械/结构的规范并具有良好的实际工作经验
- Capable of maintaining good working relationship with client能够与客户维持良好的工作关系
- Hard working and able to work under tight deadlines 工作努力，能够严格的截止日期内完成工作
- Good organizational skills 良好的组织能力
- Pro-active, responsible, diligent, excellent problem solving skills 积极主动、负责、勤奋、极好的解决问题的能力
- Can-do attitude, self-motivated, and team playing 乐观进取且吃苦肯干，自我激励且积极主动，有良好的团队合作关系
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, to get all necessary support from internal and external relationship
        良好的人际关系和沟通技能，能获得所有必须的支持无论是内部团队还是外部协作关系
- Good command in English 流畅的英语能力（听说读写）
- Flexible to travel according to the company practice and business needs 能根据公司惯例和业务需求灵活出差
- Can exactly follow the company work process and line managers’ guide for achieving the work tasks.
        能严格遵循公司的工作流程和主管的指导完成工作任务
- Can fully follow the managers and organization’s arrangement to achieve the requested task no matter listed in the job description or not
