System Responsible – APAC Homologation

Brief Task Description
1. Manage APAC 30 countries and regions Import vehicles (from NAFTA) launch on time, with homologation quality and within cost.
2. Working with Homologation Responsible to establish import vehicle cost, timing and RASI
3. Create Management Review Decks and secure project funding;
4. Organize Project Review, manage communications internally and externally
5. Manage Change, enforce project quality delivery
6. Manage team member Performance leadership, coach people

Qualifications
Education: BS above degree in Engineering, preferable automotive related engineering areas;

Experience:
8 years above experience in homologation and Project Management in ASIA.

Skills & Competence:
1. Strong communication skills with teams from different countries with different backgrounds;
2. Program management skills, such as time management, resource management and conflict resolution;
3. Coordinate among functional groups both internal and external.
4. Leading a multi-functional team in problem resolving.
5. Strong English Language preferred
