职位描述：
全球30强招聘知识产权业务组实习生

JOB DESCRIPTION
? Support IP team in all types of IP matters, including trademark, patent and copyright
? Provide legal and business research
? Manage files for contentious and non-contentious IP matters
? Prepare evidence and other documents in support of contentious and non-contentious IP matters
? Prepare advice and other communications internally to the team and externally to clients
? Assist with IP enforcement actions (administrave, civil and/or criminal), including investigations, evidence collection and trials.

QUALIFICATIONS
? PRC bar qualified is a MUST; foreign bar qualification is preferred but not required
? PRC law degree from reputable law school is required; foreign law degree or education is preferred but not required
? IP or court experience in reputable law firms is preferred
? Working experience in servcing foreign clients is preferred
? Native Chinese and fluent English
