Experienced intralogistics professional with IT background and strong capabilities to transfer intralogistics business requirements into IT solutions based on our Warehouse Management Application Suite WAMAS.
Location: Shanghai/Nanjing/Kunshan

Responsibilities工作职责
- Work close with our Sales team to build and deepen customer relationships, on a social and technical level
- Get a deep understanding of customer needs in terms of warehouse logistics and business cases
- Become familiar and stay up to date with SSI Schäfer portfolio and our IT solution WAMAS
- Work out efficient IT solutions based on WAMAS which satisfy both customer needs and SSI Schäfer quality and profitability demands in a best possible way
- Keep in touch with our (IT-) realization team during Sales phases and project realization
- Be the interface between Sales and Realization

Qualifications: 任职资格
- Fluent Mandarin
- Fluent English
- Solution oriented, independent and structured working style
- Good social networker, ability to work in cross-cultural environment
- Customer oriented with strong sense of responsibility
- Deep intralogistics understanding in the areas Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Warehouse Control Systems (WCS)
- Several years deep working experience in WMS- / WCS-solutions
- Basic IT background, programming and database experience
- Knowledge in surrounding business environments (ERP, SCM, …)
- Bachelor or above Degree in Computer Science related major or Logistics related major
- >10 years years work experience in intralogistics industry
- > 3 years IT-related (programming, DB)
- Great willingness to travel within China and internationally

工作责任
- 投入运行自动化仓库IT系统（现场和远程）
- 根据项目规范定制和配置自动化仓库IT系统
- 与客户执行内部测试和测试，以移交整个仓库系统
- 分析和记录测试结果，在本地或与海外团队密切合作找到解决方案
- 部分开发客户特定的扩展
- 在爬坡和移交期间协助和培训客户
- 在仓库移交后提供客户服务，包括1/2级支持，变更管理，测试管理
- 积极推动内部团队成长

任职资格:
- 利的普通话
- 流利的英语
- 面向解决方案，独立和结构化的工作作风
- 团队合作伙伴和在跨文化环境中工作的能力
- 良好的沟通能力
- 以客户为导向，责任心强
- Java或C ++的编程经验至关重要
- 数据库技能：SQL是至关重要的，理想情况下是Oracle（SQL，PL / SQL）
- 与Eclipse，SQL Developer，CVS，FTP的工作经验将是一个加分
- 体验Unix - Linux系统将是一个加分
- 对虚拟机/ VMWare的基本了解将是一个加分
- 计算机科学专业学士学位
- 0-5年工作经验
- 非常愿意在中国境内和部分国际出差
