职位描述：
Responsibilities：
a. Chinese invoicing list preparation for both domestic and exports sales plus branch invoices, includes the key items double check, canceled invoice items redo, in advance remove, etc. so as to make sure timely invoicing
b. Monthly VAT invoice closing in Chinese Invoice Issuing system
c. Monthly exports VAT refund claim task assistance (data entry in the system, etc. )
d. To check vendors' invoices consistant with the requirement and fix the issue if in need
e. Exports sales supporting doc. compile includes exports custom declare sheet match related SAP inv., purchase doc., BOL, logistic doc., collection doc., etc.
f. A/R weekly/ monthly aging run from SAP and chasing payments
g. Weekly SAP A/R check to make sure all SAP invoices booked correctly and fix the issue if in need
h. To check Chinese invoices issued correctly and timely compared with SAP invoices
i. To update customer info. (tax no., bank acc.,etc.) in SAP to make sure all customers fin. master data info. is the up-to-date one
j. Other tasks assigned by Finance Manager and GM.

Requirements：
a. Accounting knowledge is basically required
b. Have more than 2 years' accounting experience in WFOE company
c. VAT knowledge, SAP Skill and Export VAT Rebate is preferred
d. Be good at Microsoft (especially excel)
e. Be Enthusiasm and positive thinking
f. Have good communication and stress management skill
g. Good team spirit, Flexibility and adaptability.
h. Have strong sense of responsibility
