GENERAL SUMMARY
Develop Parts sales strategy and Support regional sales manager to constantly monitor and develop the parts business to optimize the aftermarket and ensure the profitable growth in China
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)
? In corporate with regional sales team to achieve annual parts sales target by preparing presentations, proposals, quotations and service sales contracts;
? Supervise installation sites and pay regular visit to customers to obtain the first hand information;
? Establish strategy plans / process / manuals for service function & maintain national customer database;
? Provides post sales services relating to sales, sales promotions, installations and communication;
? Actively deal with warranty complaints and make proper warranty analysis;
? Develops organization wide initiatives to proactively inform and educate customers;
? Ensures that responses to customer inquiries are completed on a timely basis to achieve service and quality standards;
? Liaise with Product department and conduct fundamental product training and troubleshooting seminars for customers;
? Other duties assigned by the company
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
? B.S. Major in Mechanical / Thermal Equipment and related
? At least 5 years of parts and service experience in Industrial Company
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
? Good communication and interpersonal skills;
? Fair oral English and good in written
? Master presentation skills
? Driven, visionary in nature, over-achiever; results-oriented.
? Good problem solving skills.
? Energetic-willing to travel
? Ability to act independently and consistently to represent SPX to protect the company image and business needs.
