职位描述：
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- 接收生产计划并严格按照其要求执行生产任务；
- Receive the production plan and strictly perform production tasks according to their requirements
- 在生产过程中，全程监控各工序生产状态，及时发现异常并立即判断处理，若不能解决立即上报上级；
- Monitoring production status in each process during the production, find the exception and determine treatment immediately, if can't solve immediately report to the superior;
- 监督、检查各设备、工序、各岗位的6S和工作情况；确保各设备状况、工序、岗位的工作、6S符合生产的要求，控制产品生产过程中的质量，做好生产现场管理；
- Supervise and inspect the condition of equipment, working procedure, 6S and working condition of each position; Make sure that the equipment condition, process, 6S in line with the requirements of production, control product quality in the process of production, good work cell management;
- 下属员工的管理：本组员工的培训、指导、考核，及时了解员工的思想动态，做好员工观察和沟通，保证员工以良好的心态按照公司的要求工作；
- Subordinate staff management in the work cell: operators training, guidance, evaluation, operator observation and communication regularly, ensure operators to have good mentality to follow the work requirement;
- 贯彻执行工艺规范，按图纸和工艺文件规定的工艺参数、技术要求执行生产；
- Carrying out the process specification, in accordance with the drawings and process documents stipulated by the technical parameters and technical requirements to perform the production;
- 按照APS和质量管理等要求，管理和填写现场各类文件和记录，并及时的呈报给生产统计人员；
- In accordance with requirements of the APS and quality management, and fill in the field of all kinds of documents and records, and promptly sent to the production administrator
- 控制生产过程中的物料损耗，包括生产物料、辅助物料等，出现超耗情况通报生产中间库管理员；
- Control the over consumption of raw material and components during the production process, any over consumption has to report to the warehouse keeper
- 及时上报、协助解决生产中的突发事件；
- Any emergency happens need to report to the superior and assist problem solving
- 根据生产计划的要求主导换模工作，除了安排好现场人员各司其职，还要通报物流叉车司机提前做好模具的准备，包括模具预热的工作；
- According to the production plan, leading the tool change over, it is not only coordinating the work cell staff on their duty for change over, but also inform forklift driver to well prepare for tools and tools pre-heating
- 服从上级安排的其他工作；
- Obey the other tasks assigned by superiors

MAIN QUALIFICATIONS:
- 高中学历或以上或者技术学校毕业；
Senior high school degree or above or graduated from technical school;
- 2年以上生产作业和现场管理相关工作经验；
2 years working experience in production and site management related;
- 有较强的人际关系处理能力和人员管理能力；
Have strong ability of interpersonal relationship processing and people management skills;
- 了解精益生产管理方式，以及5S现场管理和EHS现场管理；
Know lean production management mode as well as 5s on-site management and EHS management at the scene;
- 对工艺设计概念和设备工装模具的原理和使用有一定的经验和了解；
The principle of the concept of process design and equipment&tooling and the use of a certain experience and understanding；
- 掌握初级的培训技巧；
Have junior training skill;
- 能吃苦耐劳，沟通协调能力强，具有团队精神；
Can bear hardships and stand hard work, strong communication and coordination ability, has the team spirit; 举报 分享
