职位描述：
Role Summary
This role actually is a Quality Engineer leader in China that holds three primary areas of responsibility these through suppliers and quality team
1、Ensure that new products are successfully meet Gtech quality requirement and continuous improve product quality throughout manufacturing process
2、Ensure that failure investigation and corrective action be implemented in place for whole process as a view and continuous improving process ability at manufacturing plants
3、Assist quality manager and support onsite technicians for quality strategy and system be executed and maintained

Key Duties:
1、Providing clear communication channels between UK team and China plus manufacturing plant from quality engineer role
2、Responsible for continual product quality improvement through working with manufacturing plants
3、On site OEM factory to solve process and component issue and handle over PSI findings
4、Product failure analysis and verify corrective action in place is effective
5、Be able to Lead one/two Continuous Improvement Project per year
6、Develop and conduct production process audit and quality system audit regularly
7、CCAR tracking and monitoring
8、Independently complete NPI from EB1 until MP from quality engineer role
9、Weekly quality meeting with manufacturing plants and reporting
10、Regularly Gtech internal meeting between China and UK 举报 分享
