职位描述：
Job requirements:
1、本科及以上学历，理工科专业
Bachelor degree or above, major in science and engineering
2、4年左右工作经验，其中2年汽车行业工作经验
4 years working experience, and 2 years of working experience in automotive industry
3、英语四级及以上，口语及书面流利
CET4 or above, fluent in spoken and written
4、熟练使用PPAP,APQP,SPC,MSA,FMEA
Familiar with PPAP,APQP,SPC,MSA,FMEA
5、熟悉注塑、组装、焊接及硫化工艺流程
Familiar with injection molding, assembly, welding and vulcanizing process
6、熟悉Formel Q，VDA6.3或QSB优先
Familiar with the Formel Q,VDA6.3 or QSB is preferred
7、能够适应短期出差，较强的压力承受能力。
Be able to business trip, strong pressure on capacity

岗位职责：
Job responsibilities:
1、负责新项目开发阶段和量产阶段的客户质量问题处理，确保项目进度按照要求执行和推进
Responsible for new project development and production stage of quality problems, ensure progress in accordance with the requirements of the project implementation and to promote
2、负责所有量产阶段的客户抱怨处理，缺陷分析及纠正预防措施
Responsible for all SOP customer complaint , defect analysis and corrective and preventive action
3、负责制造现场质量问题处理，监督其他部门不断持续改进，验证措施的有效性，直到问题关闭
, Responsible for manufacturing quality problems, supervision and other departments continues to improve and verify the validity of measures until the issue is closed
4、负责对相关检验员、操作工进行检验技能的培训
Responsible for the inspection of relevant inspectors and operators skills training
5、负责售后质量问题的处理，以及索赔的确认直到索赔工作完成
Responsible for after-sales quality problems, as well as confirmation of the claim until the claim has been completed 举报 分享
