职位描述：
1. In charge of utilities operation and maintenance activities.负责公用工程设施的运行和维护活动。
2. To keep economic and high reliable energy supply. The activities are operation, preventive maintenance and smart projects of the energy utilities except for HVAC and transformer system. 保证能源经济、可靠性的供应，包括除变电所之外的能源设备的运行、预防性维护和合理的提升改造项目。
3. To lead and organize the team work arrangement and coach the members on technical to improve. 领导下属团队，负责成员的工作安排和技术指导和提升。
4. Provide the technical support on equipments for production and process development. 为生产、工艺提供设备的技术支持。
5. Provide technical selection from the potential suppliers for the projects and equipment modification. 为相关项目和设备改造进行技术确认把关。
6. Follow annual budget of the cost center. 遵守成本中心的年度预算。
7. Cooperate to plan and control the maintenance cost. 协同计划和监控维修保养费用。
8. Spare parts management and purchasing with economical way. 经济的方法管理和订购备件。
9. Responsible for all documentations made, collection and management of the area. 负责相应领域的技术文件的制作、收集和管理。
10. Fulfill other tasks arranged by superiors. 完成上级安排的其他事项。

Qualification资质要求:
1. College degree or above in mechanical engineering and electric controlling background is required. 要求大专学历或以上，机械工程和电气控制背景。
2. 5 years above experiences in utilities operation and maintenance, investment projects experience in management position is required. 要求5年以上公用工程运行和维护，投资项目经验，有管理岗位经验。
3. Familiar with ISO TS 16949, Trouble shooting tools is preferred. 熟悉ISO TS 16949，故障分析工具优先。
4. Fluent in English by oral and writing. 英语口语、书写流利。
5. Good leadership skills. 良好的领导力。
6. Good team player. 团队合作精神。
