1 Job Summary: 工作摘要
Be responsible for overall customer planning activities.
负责全部的客户计划活动

2 Duties and Responsibilities: 主要职责
2.1. Management of customers/FG
管理客户和成品库存
2.2. As the contact window of customer, reply customer inquiries timely (within 48hours)
作为客户窗口，及时回复客户询问（48小时内）
2.3. Check customer EDI information daily including PO, forecast, notices, requirements and distribute to internal timely
每日查看客户EDI信息包括订单、预测、公告、客户要求等并传递到内部
2.4. Prepare and update customer forecast in SAP, monitor customer forecast trend
整理预测并在SAP更新，监督客户预测的趋势
2.5. Analysis of DIO report
分析成品库存天数
2.6. Control of customer related returnable packaging, in case packages is not enough for shipping, escalation steps should be taken
管理客户周转包装，如果不足以出货，需要走上升流程
2.7. Implementation of customer logistics agreements
执行客户物流协议的要求
2.8. Daily follow-up of shipment execution to customer, monitor shipping discrepancies
每日跟踪发货的执行，监督出货差异
2.9. Request and administer premium FG shipments according to work instruction
根据流程申请和管控成品发货相关的超额运费
2.10.Complete SAP shipping timely, monitor and maintenance relevant SAP parameters, ensure SAP shipping and physical shipping are the same
及时完成SAP系统出货，监督和维护相关SAP参数，确保系统发货和实物发货一致
2.11.Arrange the customer delivery plan & returned shipment from customer Drive for 100% customer OTD.
安排顾客交货计划以及退货装运以达到100%的顾客OTD
2.12.Monthly reconciliation of customer shipping
客户出货的每月对账
2.13.Perform PC&L part of engineering change process and follow-up through execution
执行成品ECN相关的物流流程并跟踪直至执行
2.14.Collect required data to follow up claim/cost recovery with customers
收集客户相关的额外费用并跟踪索赔
2.15.Create complaints/cost recoveries due to abnormal customer requirements
提交客户异常需求导致的额外费用的抱怨
2.16.Take the accountability of outbound premium freight
承担出站额外费用的问责
2.17.Perform the tasks assigned by supervisor
 完成主管交待的任务

4.2.4.Strong Planning/organizing/analysis/couching skills.
极强的计划/组织/分析/监察能力
4.2.5.3-5 years experiences on customer contact, order processing, handling and planning.
3至5年的涉及客户窗口和订单处理、库存管理以及总体计划方面的经验
4.2.6.Strong PC and systems skill
极强的使用PC和系统的能力
4.2.7.Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
极强的分析能力和处理问题能力
4.2.8.Automotive industry experience is a plus.
具备汽车行业相关经验者优先
4.2.9.Basic outbound logistics knowledge
