职位描述：
Job Duties:
?Accountable to evaluate and qualify construction contractor for capital project;
?Review and approve the construction quality plan from construction contractor;
?Manage to supervise quality of construction contractor and subcontractor’s daily installation activities, take proactive corrective actions against any deviations of quality;
?Manage the welding quality control and organize control system in site;
?Be designated to witness the test. Check and follow up based on approved Integrated Test Plan. Sign on the quality record on behalf of the owner;
?Overview the spot checks of the installation of static equipment including vessels and exchangers, etc;
?Overview the spot checks of the activities in pre-commissioning including flushing, blowing, cleaning, tightness testing and dynamic/functional testing of all mechanical/piping system;
?Cooperate with the third party or local authority for quality audit or supervision;
?Manage the treatment and close of Non Conformance Report, as well as includes rectification, preventive measures and quality documents to be submitted to local inspection bureaus;

Job Requirements:
University graduate major in Engineering, preferable in Mechanical, Electronic and related disciples;
Master degree holder in Engineering or MBA will be given advantage;
Minimum10 years of experience in the construction of of chemical, petrochemical, power plants, environmental plants or other heavy industries or infrastructure projects;
Minimum of 5 years of experience in working in international construction projects. 举报 分享
