职位描述：
General / 概述

Provide leadership for “Major” product technical issue resolution to production engineering, quality, material localization, sales application and aftersales service
Provide product technical support to normal issues of internal and external parties

In Detail / 具体描述

Provide product technical support and resolution to production engineering and quality
Provide product technical support to engine assembly
Provide product technical support to the defective analysis of engine testing
Support interpretation and implement of product engineering change

Provide product technical support and resolution to material localization
Support strategic purchasing for the queries concerning the functions of the components
Provide technical support to supplier quality for making judgment to the defective components

Provide product technical support and resolution to sales application
Support sales concerning customer queries of engine products
Support sales concerning customer product application

Provide technical support and resolution to aftersales service
Support aftersales concerning the installation, commissioning, usage and maintenance of the engines
Support aftersales concerning the troubleshooting of the field defects
Make final judgment for warranty claims of customers
Support development, investigation, and implementation of current product warranty reduction activities. Drive Production Quality to improve the internal product quality under the support of aftersales service.

Provide product technical support within the organization
Build the engine product knowhow and competence
Provide product technical training and consulting to internal and external parties

Education & Career Knowledge / 教育和工作经验:

Degree / Diploma holder in Engineering or equivalent qualifications. Master or Ph.D will be a plus.
At least 8 years relevant working experience
At least 3 years management experience with good leadership skills
Fluent in English and good command of both spoken & written Chinese (Mandarin)
Good computer skills (especially MS Office), familiar with ERP (SAP), CAD, etc.
